Good management is an essential factor in succeeding organizational goals ,yet managers have to be leaders too. because distinctive characteristics combined with management and leadership provides strengths for any organization. In a better way it could be simplify as “Management organize the production and supply of fish to people, where as Leadership teaches and motivate people to fish. Organizations need both types of Skills ” Says Gordon P. Rebey 2010. Management and Leadership reflects different sets of skills and qualities which regularly overlap within the individual.
